1. Janusz Sarnicki, 37, of Elmwood Park is first 5K male finisher in 16:26. 2. Dot McMahon of Jackson, WI, was the top female 5K finisher in 18:00. 3. Victor Estrada ran a 33:46 10K for 1st male. 4. Karen Griffiths led the women in the 10K with a 41:41. 5. A businessman, Bjorn Borg and a ranch dude. 6. Fifty-eight runners ran the Backwards Mile. 7. Betty Jean-Paul "The Prom Queen" was one of many kids participating. 8. Candy Korn. 9. Theresa Gernand of Northfield ran the 10K in 54:29 and still has time to volunteer at hospitals. 10.
