1. More than 250 teams competed in the inaugural Windy City Relay along Chicago's lakefront. 2. At the exchange, lead-off runners came in as their teammates anxiously awaited their arrival. 3. The exchange was executed by teammates transferring their timing chip which was attached to a velcro strap around the ankle. 4. Mike McDonald, 19, was half of the winning team--a father/son combo. 5. Roommates Kristen Horvat and Michelle Bochenek won the women's title in 41:27. They plan to make this race a yearly tradition. 6.
