Running Unlimited, a running specialty store in Palatine, will host a free seminar on Preparing for Triathlons. On Wednesday, October 23, at 7 p.m., All-American triathlete and coach Adam Zucco will share pointers for veteran and novice athletes.

As co-founder and head coach of Multisport Madness, Inc., Zucco helps multisport athletes, swimmers, and triathletes of all abilities. He has coached top-20 athletes at major Ironman events, as well as beginning triathletes. He himself is an elite level triathlete, having competed in over 100 triathlons, from sprint distance to Ironman, and has earned All-American status.
