Are you running the LaSalle Bank Chicago Marathon? Do you know someone special who is running? Runners from your community are encouraged to sign up to participate in this year's Saucony 26. The Saucony 26 is a celebration of the running community and the individuals who comprise it.

For the upcoming Chicago Marathon on October 22nd Saucony, a leading global supplier of performance athletic footwear, will select 26 competitors from the various neighborhoods in and around the racecourse based on their passion for the sport and their own special reasons for running the marathon.

These 26 individuals, one runner to represent each full mile of the racecourse, will have their stories told in a special booklet and on the Saucony 26 website. They will also receive Saucony 26 gear, a cash stipend for every mile completed to keep or donate to charity, a family reception area at the finish line and more.
