Runners can get free foot scans and readings tonight (Monday, Aug. 18) from Dr. John Bergman at Universal Sole, 3254 N. Lincoln Ave., Chicago. Bergman will be on hand as part of the "Avia Foot Scan & Reading," and fun run, all of which starts in the store at 5:30 p.m.

Bergman, a Chicago-area podiatrist, has state-of-the-art equipment that enables him to take a digitalized computer topography analysis of your foot structure. Testing will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

Universal Sole is located at Lincoln, School and Marshfield Sts. Free parking can be found on School St.
