11 a.m. - Is a Recumbent Right for You?
Discover the history of recumbent bicycles and find all the information you're looking for on different styles of recumbents. Q&A to follow. Presented by: Joe Reichert, degreed engineer, recumbent enthusiast and owner of Amling's Cycle

12 p.m. - Pilates for Cyclists
Learn how to increase your range of motion and strength without stretching & improve your breath pattern to increase oxygen delivery to your muscles. Presented by: Shawn True, M.S., M.A.T. Certified Specialist and Anna Albrecht, M.P.H., M.A.T. Certified Specialist, Certified Stott Pilates

2:30 p.m. - Q&A with the Paramedic Bike Team
The Chicago Fire Department Paramedic Bicycle Team will be on hand to tell the public a little about the Team and how they are able to help those in need of emergency care. Seminar will also include a Q&A session. Presented by: Daniel Bomben, Chicago Fire Dept. SERT Team, Paramedic Bike Team
