The 2004 CARA Circuit races have been announced by the Chicago Area Runners Association. Much of the schedule is the same as 2003. The I Run for Autism 5K on June 26 in Matteson joins the Circuit this year, and the Chicago Distance Classic on Aug. 1 in Chicago remains, but is a half-marathon instead of a 20K. The schedule is as follows:

Sun. June 6 - Roselle Run for the Roses 5K, Roselle
Sun. June 13 - Walter Payton Sweetness Run 10K, Aurora
Sat. June 26 - I-Run for Autism 5K, Matteson
Sat. July 17 - Galloping Ghost 5K, Wheaton
Sun. Aug. 1 - Chicago Distance Classic Half-Marathon, Chicago
Sat. Aug. 28 - DeKalb Cornfest 10K, DeKalb
Mon. Sept. 6 - Park Forest Scenic 10M, Park Forest
Sun. Sept. 12 - Alpine Races 10K, Lake Zurich
Sun. Sept. 19 - Condell Distance Classic 10K, Libertyville
Sat. Sept. 25 - Park Ridge Charity Classic 5K, Park Ridge
Sun. Oct. 10 - LaSalle Bank Chicago Marathon, Chicago
Sun. Oct. 31 - Sycamore Pumpkin Festival 10K, Sycamore
