BURN OFF THE BIRD
The Lincoln Way Masters will host the "Burn Off the Bird" Endurance
Swim Challenge
at 9 a.m. on Friday, November 25 at Lincoln Way Central High School
(1801 East
Lincoln Hwy.) in New Lenox. The Endurance Challenge is structured for
three
different intensity levels, each certain to burn off those excess calories
after
your Thanksgiving feast: High Intensity (100 x 100s), Medium Intensity
(100 x
75s), Low Intensity (100 x 50s), all at 100 second intervals. This is a
CMSA
event (you need to be a CMSA member), and a $20 entry fee will be
collected at the door.
