In the men's 12K, Michigan's Dathan Ritzenhein was the champion, and 2nd through 5th place went to Jorge Torres, Tim Broe, Tinley Park's Matt Withrow and Jason Lehmkuhle (MN). Chicago's Jeff Jonaitis finished 47th overall.

In the women's 4K, Missy Buttry of Wavery, IA, placed 3rd.

Finishing in third place in Masters Women's 8K was the Chicago Lakefront TC (7th place, Emily Macdonald of Chicago, 10th place Kitty Monaghan from Oak Park and 11th place Judith Neafsey of Chicago).

In the Women's Open 8K, Rachel Evjen from Villa Park finished 35th overall and in the Junior Women's 6K race Barrington's Christina Fiduccia finished in 7th place.
