SOUTH LAKE SHORE DRIVE UNDERPASSES GRAND
OPENING
On May 29 the Chicago Dept of Transportation is staging the
grand opening
of four new underpasses in Jackson Park at 57th Dr, 59th
St.,
63rd
St. and Marquette Dr. on May 29 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The
new
underpasses provide stair-free bicycle access to the
lakefront
bike path
from Jackson Park.

ROB SADOWSKY SELECTED AS NEW CBF EXECUTIVE
DIRECTOR
The Chicagoland Bicycle Federation Board of Directors has
selected one of
its own members, Rob Sadowsky, as the new Executive
Director of
the
organization. Rob comes to the Chicagoland Bicycle
Federation
from the
Jewish Council on Urban Affairs (JCUA). In July, Rob will
accept the reins from
Randy Neufeld, who is taking on a new position as Chief
Strategy Officer after 16 years as Executive Director.
