What Are Your New Year's Resolutions or 2004 Athletic Goals?
December 30, 2003
Chicago Athlete Magazine

Attention: Runners, Cyclists, Triathletes, Skiers, Walkers . . . all Chicagoland area Athletes . . . have you written down your athletic-related goals or New Year's Resolutions for 2004?

Experts say if you write down your goals or verbalize then you're more than likely to keep them. "When you write down your resolutions you are making a plan," says Jenny Hadfield, co-owner and head coach for Chicago Endurance Sports, "It is more tangible if you can see it."

So we want to help you. Post your athletic-related (only!) goals on our Message Board.

We'll review these and publish some in future editions of the magazine---but to be considered you need to include your email address in the designated field so we can contact you. If you want to include your name that's great, we're sure all our readers will support you, too.

Good luck, we hope you have a safe and happy holiday and may you all achieve your 2004 goals!
