The Adventures in Travel Expo (ATE) - the worlds largest adventure travel show - is coming to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL, January 8 - 9, 2005.

With exhibitors from around the world representing virtually every type of destination and resort, adventure outfitter and gear manufacturer, ATE will be the place to go for one-stop adventure shopping. Whether its sea kayaking in Alaska, skiing out West, trekking the Himalayas or swimming in the Caribbean, the ATE show will be a marketplace for adventure enthusiasts to find everything they need to plan their next great vacation.

The show is completely interactive, enabling visitors to learn about new adventure activities. It will feature a kayak pool, rock climbing walls, zip lines, a golf putting and chipping contest, performances, adventure celebrities and authors and a host of informative presentations and workshops. There will be prizes and giveaways, including a National Geographic Adventure Photo Contest, where the Grand Prize winner will be awarded a spectacular trip to exotic Belize!
