Run for the Zoo offers 5K and 10K through Lincoln Park Zoo

A wild pack ran June 3 through the Lincoln Park Zoo. Don't worry, the
animals are still in the cages. More than 2,200 runners tromped through
the exhibits during the Run for the Zoo. Both a 5K and 10K were offered,
and the race benefited zoo operations.
Robbie Wade, 25, of Chicago won the 10K in 31:33. Sue Deehan, 40,
took the women's 10K prize in 40:26.
In the 5K competition, Jeff Hojnacki, 33, broke the tape in 15:32. Lisa
Jurski, 33, was the first-place woman (19:31).
