Central Masters Swimmers Compete at US Long Course Championships

For a dozen local masters swimmers who headed east this week, it was that-a-way to Piscataway!

The Central Masters Swimming Association has a 12-person team competing at the USMS Long Course National Championships at Rutgers University in Piscataway, NJ, this week. The meet began Wednesday, Aug. 13 and runs through Sunday at the Sonny Werblin Recreation Center's eight-lane pool.

Representing Chicago and Illinois are Andrea Block, Nadine Day, Phil Dodson, Thomas McCabe, Bill Mulliken, Stephen Mullins, Mary Pohlmann, John Pohlmann, Robert Preble, James Russell, Hannelore Snyder and George Wendt.
